Just getting the props ready for our Summit or Bust Conference Event on Friday in Walsall. Phil's been busy painting and stencilling. There's been tents and props a plenty to fall over in the last few days!

Trekking to Everest Base Camp

Mountaineering really is a brilliant theme for a conference. It has all the metaphors of rising to the challenge, overcoming obstacles; pulling together; reaching the pinnacle, top etc. The teamwork required to climb Everest in such a challenging environment is one that can be applied to many organisations.

Everest Themed Conference Event

Last year the girls and I made it to Everest Base Camp and Phil climbed Labouche East. Today I was suggesting that he really should consider climbing Everest for real! I wonder if the Exchequer would view it as a legitimate business expense?
